| Mr. Max Drury
began the roofing business in and around Austin in 1951. Originally,
he was part owner of Stone Company, a roofing contract business. In
1968, he branched out and opened his own company - Drury Roofing &
Sheet Metal. In 1985, he incorporated the business.
In early 2000, upon medical
retirement of Mr. Drury, the ownership transferred to Harold & Patsy
Peterson. Harold began working with Mr. Drury in 1974 as a laborer. He
progressed to professional sheet metal mechanic, company estimator,
and now to owner. Together with his wife Patsy, they co-own and
operate Drury Roofing, Inc. (DRI). |

Harold served on the Board of Directors for the
Roofing Contractors Association of Texas as the Central Texas Chapter
Representative in 2001. And in October 2002, he was elected President of the Central
Texas Chapter.
For 2004, Harold will served on the Roofing
Certification Committee of the Association, working closely in government
relations to pass a licensing bill for roofing contractors.
DRI provides complete new and re-roofing
services for Central Texas. Those services are available for both commercial
and residential customers. Small and large size jobs are welcome!
DRI specializes in leak repair on all types
of roofs (flat, shingle, etc.), as well as re-roofing on flat and shingle
roofs.
All employees are "in-house" specialists in
their field. DRI has full coverage General Liability Insurance, as well as
Texas Worker's Compensation. |
